运动行为改变评定量表的汉化及其在我国高血压患者中应用的信度效度检验

Reliability and validity test of Chinese version of Measuring Change in Physical Activity Questionnaire in hypertensives

摘要: 目的:翻译运动行为改变评定量表(Measuring Change in Physical Activity Questionnaire,MCPAQ)并验证其在我国高血压人群中应用的信度和效度。方法:对MCPAQ进行汉化及跨文化调试。采用便利抽样法,于2020年11月至2021年1月对长沙市2个主城区4家社区卫生服务中心的636例高血压患者进行调查,检验量表的信度、效度。结果:中文版MCPAQ中,子量表初始行为改变(MCPAQ-INIT)各条目与总分的相关系数在0.350~0.815,持续行为改变(MCPAQ-SUST)各条目与总分的相关系数在0.539~0.896;各条目I-CVI在0.837~1.000,总量表S-CVI为0.936。探索性因子分析表明,MCPAQ-INIT提取的4个公因子累积方差贡献率为71.967%,MCPAQ-SUST提取的3个因子累积方差贡献率为74.589%,MCPAQ各条目因子载荷系数在0.492~0.921;验证性因子分析显示初始行为改变模型拟合指数中,卡方自由度比(χ2/df)=1.847,拟合优度指数(GFI)=0.910,比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.936,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.043,规准适配指数(NFI)= 0.924,非规准适配指数(TLI)=0.898;持续行为改变模型拟合指数中,χ2/df=1.722,GFI=0.942,CFI=0.967,RMSEA=0.021,NFI=0.937,TLI=0.901。量表Cronbach’s?α系数为0.911,重测信度为0.898。结论:中文版MCPAQ信度、效度良好,可作为我国高血压患者运动行为改变的评估工具。

Abstract: Objective: To translate the Measuring Change in Physical Activity Questionnaire (MCPAQ) and test the reliability and validity of Chinese version of MCPAQ in hypertensives in China. Methods: We obtained authorization from the original authors of MCPAQ and conducted cross-cultural adaptation. Using the convenient sampling method, a survey of 636 hypertensive patients from 4 community health service centers in 2 main urban areas of Changsha City was conducted from November 2020 to January 2021 to test the reliability and validity of the scale. Results: The correlation coefficient between each item and the total score were from 0.350 to 0.815 and from 0.539 to 0.896 in MCPAQ initiation (MCPAQ-INIT) and MCPAQ sustenance (MCPAQ-SUST) respectively. The I-CVI of each item was from 0.837 to 1.000, and the S-CVI was 0.936. Exploratory factor analysis showed that the cumulative variance interpretation rate of the four common factors extracted by MCPAQ-INIT was 71.967%, the cumulative variance interpretation rate of the three factors extracted by MCPAQ-SUST was 74.589%, and the factor loading coefficient of each item of MCPAQ was from 0.492 to 0.921. The Confirmatory factor analysis indicated: χ2/df=1.847, GFI=0.910, CFI=0.936, RMSEA=0.043, NFI=0.924, TLI=0.898 for initiation model and χ2/df=1.722, GFI=0.942, CFI=0.967, RMSEA=0.021, NFI=0.937, TLI=0.901 for sustenance model. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.911 and the test-retest reliability was 0.898. Conclusion: The Chinese version of the MCPAQ is reliable and valid, and can be used as a tool to measuring change in physical activity in hypertensives in China.
