Abstract: This paper summarized the research status of nurses' Sense of Coherence at home and abroad, as well as the necessity of attaching importance to nurses' Sense of Coherence. This paper also explored the factors affecting nurses' Sense of Coherence level, and defined the strategies for improving nurses' psychological coherence, so as to provide guidance for the practice of improving nurses' Sense of Coherence level in China.
