摘要： 本文分析我国当前护理门诊发展形势，总结相关经验并分析相关政策，以期对新时期促进护理专科门诊的专业化建设提供借鉴和启示。

Abstract: This paper analyzes current development situation of Nurse-led Clinics, and sums up the practice experience and related policies for better strengthening the professional development of Nurse-led Clinics in the new era.
