摘要： 综述了国内外ICU患者早期活动的开展现状，从ICU团队、护士、患者和家属、早期活动指南和方案4个方面分析对开展早期活动的影响，并在此基础上提出4点建议，为ICU患者早期活动的开展提供参考和借鉴。

关键词: 重症监护室；护士；早期活动；影响因素

Abstract: This paper reviews the current development statues of early mobilization of patients admitted to Intensive Care Units (ICUs), and analyzes the influencing factors of early mobilization from the aspects of ICU team, nurses, and patients, their families, early mobilization plans, and management protocols. Furthermore, the authors then put out four recommendations on the basis of the research outcomes for the development of early mobilization in ICUs.
