摘要： 本文介绍日本护理门诊的开展现状以及专科护理人才的培养和使用情况，为促进我国的护理门诊开展和专科护理发展提供参考。

Abstract: The purpose is to introduce the development of Nurse-Led Out-patient Service in Japan and its training and using of nurse specialists, to view the development of professional nursing, and to provide materials for promoting the development of Nursing Clinics and professional nursing in China.
