摘要： 综述心房颤动患者发生认知功能障碍的潜在机制，并从社会人口学因素、生活方式、心理因素、疾病因素、治疗因素等阐述可能的危险因素，以期为预防或延缓心房颤动患者认知功能障碍的发生和发展提供护理干预靶点。

关键词: 心房颤动；认知功能障碍；危险因素

Abstract: This article reviews the possible potential mechanisms of cognitive dysfunction in patients with Atrial Fibrillation, and describes possible risk factors from socio-demographic factors, lifestyle, psychological factors, disease factors, and therapeutic factors, in order to prevent or delay the cognitive dysfunction in patients with Atrial Fibrillation.
