领悟社会支持在规范化培训护士反馈寻求行为与转型冲击间的调节作用

The relationship between feedback seeking behavior and transition shocks of new nurses among standardized training nurses: the moderating effect of perceived social support

摘要: 目的:分析领悟社会支持在规范化培训护士反馈寻求行为与转型冲击间的关系,为进一步提高护士规范化培训的效果提供参考依据。方法:采用新护士转型冲击量表、反馈寻求行为量表及领悟社会支持量表对北京市某三级甲等医院99名2019—2020年接受规范化培训的新护士进行问卷调查,并运用分层回归分析以及简单斜率法分析三者之间的关系。结果:规范化培训期间新护士转型冲击的得分为(72.01±20.28)分,其中身体方面的得分最高。规范化培训护士的反馈寻求行为得分为(51.92±12.93)分,领悟社会支持得分为(67.45±11.11)分。规范化培训护士的转型冲击与其反馈寻求行为(r=-0.308,P=0.002)及领悟社会支持(r=-0.594,P<0.001)均呈负相关;分层回归结果显示,反馈寻求行为×领悟社会支持可以预测规范化培训护士的转型冲击水平(β=-0.060,P<0.01)。结论:领悟社会支持对规范化培训护士反馈寻求行为与转型冲击有调节作用,调节效应分析的结果显示,领悟社会支持能够强化规范化培训护士反馈寻求行为对其转型冲击的作用。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between feedback seeking behavior and transition shocks of new nurses. Methods: Totally 99 standardized training nurses were investigated using Feedback Seeking Behavior Questionnaire, Transition Shocks of New Nurses Questionnaire and Perceived Social Support Questionnaire. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to analyze the moderating effect of perceived social support between feedback seeking behavior and transition shocks of new nurses. Results: The score of transition shocks of new nurses was 72.01±20.28, with the highest dimension was physical health. The score of feedback seeking behavior was 51.92±12.93, and perceived social support was 67.45±11.11. The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that feedback seeking behavior (r=-0.308, P=0.002) and perceived social support (r=-0.594, P<0.001) were significantly related to transition shocks of new nurses. Hierarchical regression analysis showed the association between feedback seeking behavior and Transition shocks of new nurses was moderated by perceived social support (β=-0.060, P<0.01). Conclusion: The association between feedback seeking behavior and transition shocks of new nurses is moderated by perceived social support. The perceived social support can enhance the link between feedback seeking behavior and transition shocks of new nurses.
