摘要: 全面、有效的职业防护可以降低医务人员在为呼吸道传染性疾病患者进行机械通气治疗时的职业暴露风险。在查阅国内外相关文献,以及结合医院感染防控工作经验的基础上,总结出病房环境科学管理、重症患者机械通气治疗全过程的严密防护、优化人力资源管理3方面的职业暴露防护建议,以期规范医务人员为呼吸道传染性疾病重症患者提供机械通气治疗服务时的医疗行为,加强医务人员防护意识,提高医疗防护水平。

Abstract: Comprehensive and effective occupational protection can reduce the occupational exposure risk of medical staff during mechanical ventilation treatment for patients with respiratory infectious diseases. Based on the review of relevant domestic and foreign literature and the work experience of hospital infection prevention and control, this study summarized three occupational exposure protection suggestions in terms of scientific management of the ward environment, strict protection of the entire process of mechanical ventilation treatment for critically ill patients, and optimization of human resource management, with a view to standardizing the medical behaviors of medical staff when providing mechanical ventilation treatment services for severely ill patients with respiratory infectious diseases, strengthening the protection awareness of medical staff, and improving the level of medical protection.
