临床护士叙事护理培训实施效果评价

摘要: 目的:评价在临床护士中开展叙事护理培训的效果。方法:2019年9—10月,便利抽取南昌市某三级甲等医院56名临床护士为研究对象,进行叙事护理培训。培训内容包括叙事护理的起源、叙事护理的核心技术、叙事护理的载体、叙事护理带来的启发与改变及总结与评价,共5个主题。培训采用互动式教学,创设模拟情境,开展与“叙事”相关的角色扮演、反思性写作、表达性艺术等实践体验练习。采用医学叙事能力量表和反馈调查表对临床护士叙事护理培训效果进行评价。结果:培训后临床护士医学叙事能力总分及各维度得分显著高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。反馈调查表分析显示,96.43%的学员认为培训方案具有科学性,培训内容具有实用性,有助于指导叙事护理实践活动。结论:叙事护理培训可显著提高临床护士的叙事护理能力。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of a narrative nursing training program for clinical nurses. Methods: From September to October 2019, 56 clinical nurses from a tertiary Grade A hospital in Nanchang were selected as research participants for a narrative nursing training program. The training content included a total of five themes: the origin of narrative nursing, the core technology of narrative nursing, the carrier of narrative nursing, the inspiration and changes brought by narrative nursing, and the summary and evaluation. The training program adopted interactive teaching, created simulated situations, and carried out practice activities such as role-playing, reflective writing, and expressive art related to "narration". The Narrative Competence Scale (NCS) and the feedback questionnaire were used to evaluate the effects of clinical nurses' narrative nursing training. Results: After the training, the average total scores of clinical nurses' medical narrative ability and the average scores of each dimension were significantly higher than those before the training, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001). The analysis of the feedback questionnaire showed that 96.43% of clinical nurses believed that the training program was scientific and the training content was practical, which was helpful to guide the narrative nursing practice. Conclusion: The narrative nursing training program can improve the narrative nursing ability of clinical nurses.
