高低频转换听觉-运动训练对脑出血患者睡眠的干预效果

摘要: 目的:分析高低频转换听觉-运动训练对脑出血患者主观睡眠及客观睡眠-醒觉行为的影响。方法:选取2017年11月至2018年11月在某医院神经科住院的135例脑出血睡眠障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组、音乐组、听觉-运动训练组,每组45例,对照组实施日常护理指导,音乐组在日常护理的基础上进行常规音乐训练,听觉-运动训练组在日常护理的基础上进行经处理的高低频转换的听觉-运动训练,连续干预30天,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数及多导睡眠监测比较干预前后患者主观睡眠及客观睡眠-醒觉差异。结果:主观睡眠方面,听觉-运动训练组干预后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数得分低于其他两组(P<0.05),睡眠质量提高;客观睡眠-醒觉方面,听觉-运动训练组干预后深度睡眠时间长于其他两组(P<0.05),非眼球快速运动睡眠阶段微醒觉次数低于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论:高低频转换的听觉-运动训练可提高脑出血睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量,优化睡眠结构,维持正常的睡眠-醒觉行为。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effects of high-low frequency conversion auditory-exercise training on subjective sleep and objective sleep-wake behavior in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Totally 135 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and sleep disorders in the neurology department from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into three groups, and 45 cases in each group. The control group were with daily routine nursing care, and the music group were with regular music training on the base of routine care, and the auditory-exercise training group were with high-low frequency conversion auditory-sports training on the basis of routine care. The intervention was continued for 30 days, and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and polysomnography (PSG) were used to monitor subjective sleep and objective sleep-wake of patients, and the differences of PSQI and PSG before and after intervention in the three groups were compared. Results: The PSQI of patients in the auditory-exercise training group were lower than those in the other two groups (P<0.05), and the quality of sleep was improved after the intervention. The deep sleep time of patients in the hearing-exercise group was longer than those in the other two groups after intervention (P<0.05); the number of micro-wakes during non-rapid eye movement sleep of patients in the auditory-exercise training group was lower than those in the other two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Auditory-exercise training through high-low frequency conversion can improve the sleep quality of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and sleep disorders, optimize sleep structure, and maintain normal sleep-wake behavior.
