Abstract: Early rehabilitation nursing is a professional technology combined with rehabilitation medicine and nursing. The theory can guide the practice of early rehabilitation nursing, reduce the complications caused by bed rest, and improve patients' perception and outcome. This paper introduced the nursing management experiences of promoting early rehabilitation practice in our hospital. Under the guidance of "five emphases" early nursing rehabilitation concept formed in our hospital, rehabilitation nursing practice was promoted depending on "three stages", finally achieved well effects shown in "three early", "one shortening" and "three reducing". At the same time, some recommendations on the management of rehabilitation nursing were put forward. It is expected to provide reference in developing, practicing and popularizing early rehabilitation nursing in other medical institutions.
