摘要： 北京市医院管理局自2013年起开展了一系列护理岗位管理研究工作，并自2014年起在市属医院逐步推进护理岗位管理改革试点工作，目前岗位管理研究和试点改革取得了初步成效。本文从护理岗位改革研究和试点实施情况两方面对护理岗位管理改革实施现状进行了介绍，并对护理岗位改革实施中的问题与对策进行了分析，旨在为进一步完善护理岗位管理制度、推进岗位管理改革提供借鉴。
Abstract: The Beijing Municipal Administration of Hospitals carried out a series of researches about nursing post management from 2013, and did the pilot work from 2014. Both the researches and the pilot work have achieved preliminary success. This paper introduced the current status of nursing post management from the researches and the pilot work, and analyzed the existing problems and countermeasures in the application of nursing post management, to provide reference for the build of nursing post system and nursing post management reform.
