Abstract: The literature reviewed the relationship between human resource allocation and patient outcome, the allocation indicators, the workload calculation method, and the application of nursing allocation method,in order to help hospitals and nursing managers understand the relevant development of nursing allocation,then provide references for further research and decision-making.
