Abstract: Based on the national policy initiative of implementing pilot programs for unaccompanied care services, this paper systematically summarizes the practices and experiences of Tianjin in standardizing the management of healthcare assistants. Starting from the requirements for standardized management of healthcare assistants under national policy guidance, it elaborates on Tianjin's policy breakthroughs and regional innovative practices in the management of healthcare assistants. It summarizes the specific strategies and implementation pathways in the standardized management of healthcare assistants adopted by two hospitals in Tianjin. This paper aims to provide practical evidence for building a scientific, standardized, and efficient management system for healthcare assistants, and to promote the sustainable development of China's healthcare assistants towards professionalization and standardization.
