Present status and optimization strategies of human resource allocation of healthcare assistants in medical institutions

Abstract: With the acceleration of population aging and the change of disease spectrum in China, medical institutions are facing a growing burden of care. Healthcare assistants, as an supplementary part of patient care resources, are facing increasingly prominent challenges in team development and scientific allocation. This paper systematically summarizes the policy evolution and the current status of human resource allocation of ?healthcare assistants in medical institutions, and deeply analyzes the main problems at present. On this basis, the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward in order to provide reference for promoting the professionalization and standardization of ?healthcare assistants.
