器官移植科护士专科培训知信行现状及培训需求调查

Investigation on the current status of knowledge, attitude, and practice of the specialized knowledge among organ transplant department nurses and their training needs

摘要: 目的:调查器官移植科护士的专科培训知信行现状及培训需求,为开展在职教育并优化专科护士培训方案提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2024年5月—6月选取全国10家医院的214名器官移植科护士作为调查对象,采用自行设计的器官移植科护士专科培训知信行及培训需求调查问卷进行调查。结果:器官移植科护士专科培训的知识、态度、行为得分分别为(88.56±14.41)、(27.20±3.55)、(53.41±10.80)分,得分率分别为77.01%、90.67%、76.30%;85.5%的护士愿意参加器官移植专科护士培训,培训内容需求得分率达88.60%~ 90.60%。理论培训时间偏好为2~4周(32.7%),实践培训时间选择2~4周(25.2%)和>8~12周(24.8%)者较多,倾向的培训形式主要包括直接讲授(76.2%)、案例教学法(79.0%)、操作演示(86.9%)、情景模拟(80.4%)。期望的培训师资主要为经验丰富的临床专科护士(91.6%)。结论:器官移植科护士对专科知识的学习态度积极,但知识和行为水平有待提高,管理者应加强对其理论知识和实践行为培训,以需求为导向,完善专科护士培训方案,增强培训效果。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status of organ transplant department nurses' specialized knowledge, attitudes, practices, and training needs, in order to provide a reference for the implementation of in-service education and the optimization of specialized nurse training programs. Methods: Using a convenience sampling method, 214 organ transplant department nurses from 10 hospitals across the country were selected as participants from May to June 2024. And data were collected employing a self-designed questionnaire focusing on their specialized knowledge, attitude, practice, and training needs. Results: The scores for organ transplant department nurses' specialized knowledge in knowledge, attitude, and behavior were 88.56±14.41, 27.20±3.55 and 53.41±10.80, with corresponding score rates of 77.01%, 90.67%, and 76.30%, respectively. According to the results, 85.5% of nurses were willing to participate in organ transplant specialist nurse training, with a training content demand score rate ranging from 88.60% to 90.60%. The preferred duration for theoretical training was 2-4 weeks (32.7%). And for practical training, 25.2% of the nurses chose 2-4 weeks, while 24.8% of them preferred >8-12 weeks. Preferred training methods mainly included direct teaching (76.2%), case-based learning (79.0%), operational demonstration (86.9%), and situational simulation (80.4%). The desired instructors were primarily experienced clinical specialist nurses (91.6%). Conclusion: Organ transplant department nurses exhibit a positive attitude toward learning specialized knowledge; however, their knowledge and practice levels still require improvement. Managers should improve the training programs of specialized nurses in light with their training needs to strengthen their theoretical knowledge and practical behavior training to achieve better training effects.
