Objective: To systematically evaluate and Meta-analyze the compliance and influencing factors of Kegel exercise in Female Pelvic Flour Dysfunction (FPFD) patients. Methods: The related studies published from inception to April 2021 were searched from the databases of PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase, CBM, CNKI, WanFang, VIP, and RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis. Results: Twenty-two studies involving 4377 patients were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the Kegel exercise compliance rate for patients was 35% (95% CI: 9%-61%), and the older, less medical support, without medical insurance, sleep disorders, lack of medical or family supervision, less pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms were risk factors for Kegel exercise compliance; while high education level, high cognitive level, better social support, multiple pregnancies history were protective factors. Conclusion: Kegel exercise compliance in FPFD patients is at a low level, and individualized comprehensive interventions can be developed targeted at the interventional factors affecting Kegel exercise compliance.
