Abstract: Objective: To reveiw the outcome indicators of perioperative exercise effectiveness trials for lung cancer patients in literature published from 2017 to 2021, and classify the outcomes. Methods: Totally 7 databases including CNKI, WanFang database, VIP, CBM, PubMed, Web of Science and EMBASE were searched systematically based on the scoping review framework proposed by Arksey. The data extraction of the included literatures was carried out, and the extracted outcomes were classified according to the outcome framework on COMET. Results: Totally 36 literatures were included, and the outcomes were classified into 3 core domains, including physiological or clinical, life impact and resource use, and 11 outcome domains. Conclusion: The study of perioperative exercise effectiveness in patients with lung cancer involved a variety of outcome indicators, and the standardization and type integrity need to be improved. In the future, it is necessary to pay attention to the selection of the outcome indicators of the revelant studies and the construction of the core outcome set of the perioperative exercise effectiveness in patients with lung cancer.
