Abstract

Abstract: Frailty impacts the health outcomes of stroke patients, and timely identification and evaluation of the progress of frailty is of great significance to stroke patients' physical and mental health. Through literature review, this paper summarized the definition and theoretical model relevant to frailty, the evaluation methods of stroke complicated with frailty, the relationship between stroke and frailty, as well as the interventional strategies available for stroke patients with frailty. The result of the review provides a reference for the identification and early intervention tailored for frailty in stroke patients.
