Abstract: Objective: To search, evaluate and summarize the evidence of sexual health assessment and management of breast cancer patients. Methods: All guidelines, evidence summaries, recommended practices, expert opinions and systematic reviews on sexual health assessment and management of breast cancer patients in the databases and website were systematically searched, and the retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to February 2022. Two researchers independently screened the articles, used the Australia JBI evidence-based health care Center corresponding evaluation standards (2016 edition) and AGREE II to evaluate the quality of the articles, and combined with professional judgment to extract and summarize the evidence. Results: A total of 21 articles were included, including 5 guidelines, 2 expert opinions and 14 systematic reviews/Meta-analyses. Finally, 20 pieces of evidence were summarized from 5 aspects. Conclusion: The evidence for the evaluation and management of breast cancer patients can provide evidence-based practice for clinical professionals to evaluate and manage the sexual health of breast cancer patients in a scientific way, which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients.
