Abstract: Objective: To construct a work checklist to provide theoretical reference and a tool for the managers and front-line healthcare providers to plan and carry out the medical work and quality control in mobile cabin hospitals. Methods: Through literature review, a work checklist for healthcare workers in mobile cabin hospitals was formed according to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory, combined with field practice summary, and group discussion. Later a total of 20 experts were consulted using the Delphi method to modify and improve the checklist to finally construct the work list. Results: The positive degrees of experts in both rounds of consultation were 100.0% with the authority coefficients of experts being 0.920 and 0.930, the coordination coefficients being 0.208 and 0.133, respectively (P<0.001). The work checklist for healthcare workers in mobile cabin hospitals included 5 primary indicators and 30 secondary indicators. Conclusion: The work checklist for healthcare workers in mobile cabin hospitals is scientific, reliable and practical, providing an effective tool to support the medical staff to carry out their work in a safe and orderly manner.
