终末期肾脏病维持性血液透析患者疾痛体验的研究

Abstract

Abstract: Objective: To explore the illness experience of Maintenance Hemodialysis patients with end stage renal disease. Methods: Through the interpretative phenomenological method, 14 Maintenance Hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease from a tertiary grade A hospital in Nanjing from August 2021 to January 2022, were interviewed in depth, and data were collated and analyzed by Colaizzi method. Results: A total of 4 themes were summarized and analyzed: out of control body state; limited daily activities; negative psychological state; discover the positive meaning of disease pain. Conclusion: The illness experience of Maintenance Hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease is complex and varied. Medical staff should assess the illness status timely, and establish targeted interventions to improve patients' physical and mental health as well as quality of life.
