Abstract: Objective: To examine the effects of a individualized multicomponent exercise program in older patients with frailty. Methods: A total of 108 patients with frailty were randomly divided into the observation group (n=55) and the control group (n=53). Patients in the control group received routine care, and patients in the observational group accepted the multicomponent exercise program. The balance ability, fall efficacy, frailty state and physical activity ability of the two groups were compared. Results: After the intervention, there were differences in balance ability, fall efficacy, physical activity ability, and frailty composition ratio between the two groups (all P<0.05). Conclusion: Individualized multi-component exercise management program can effectively improve patients' frailty state, physical activity ability, balance ability and reduce the risk of fall.
