近十年我国护理质量管理与控制工作的发展历程与展望

Abstract

Abstract: Nursing care is an important part of medical care. The development of the concept, mode and method of nursing quality control provide a key driver for continuous improvement of nursing quality. This paper reviews and summarizes the progress and achievements of nursing quality management and control in China in the last decade, and analyzes the current status of the quality of nursing care, and discusses the forward direction of further promoting the high-quality development of nursing care in China in the period of "the 14th Five Year Plan period".
