Abstract: Objective: To explore the level and influencing factors of post-traumatic growth of pediatric cancer survivors. Methods: A total of 64 pediatric cancer survivors were investigated with the general information questionnaire, the General Self-efficacy Scale, the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, the Social Support Questionnaire and the Post-Traumatic Growth Scale. Results: The post-traumatic growth score of pediatric cancer survivors was (53.30±20.22). Pearson correlation analysis showed that post-traumatic growth of pediatric cancer survivors was positively correlated with self-efficacy (r=0.561, P<0.001), positive coping style (r=0.635, P<0.001), affirmation and support (r=0.356, P=0.004), companionship and intimacy (r=0.360, P=0.003), satisfaction (r=0.290, P=0.020), and negatively correlated with negative coping style (r=-0.439, P<0.001). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that post-traumatic growth of pediatric cancer survivors was associated with age, place of residence, self-efficacy, positive coping style, negative coping style, companionship and intimacy dimensions. Conclusion: The post-traumatic growth level of pediatric cancer survivors is at a moderate level. In clinical practice, we should pay attention to children's age, residence, self-efficacy, coping style and social support, so as to improve the level of post-traumatic growth.
