健全国家卫生应急管理体系的对策和建议

Abstract

Abstract: In this paper, we firstly introduced the typical national emergency management systems abroad, and then summarized the achievements and challenges of the health emergency management system in our country, finally put forward our strategies and suggestions to improve the emergency management system of public health emergencies: improve public health emergency preparedness; accelerate the reform and improvement of the disease control and prevention system; improve the early warning system in response to public health emergencies; increase the capacity for healthcare about major epidemics disease; strengthen the legal guarantee for the emergency management of health emergencies.
