Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effects of partition mode in endoscopic central. Methods: The partition mode was implemented in endoscopy center from July 2019. The aerosol concentration, the indicators related to infection control and the satisfaction of patients and medical staff to the endoscopy center layout were evaluated and compared before and after the partition mode. Results: The concentration of microbial aerosol and the indicators related to infection control in the endoscopic drying room were significantly lower than those in the endoscopic washing room, and the satisfaction of patients and medical staff to the layout of endoscopic central increased after the implementation of partition mode. Conclusion: The layout design of endoscopy center with partition mode can effectively reduce the risk of hospital infections, improve the work experience of medical staff, demonstrate the professional value of clinical nurses, and significantly improve the patients' experience and satisfaction.
