Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of internet+ based nursing interventions on prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: The CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, CBM, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, CINAHL, EMBASE and JBI were searched. Randomized Control Trials related to the effects of internet+ nursing interventions on prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease were retrieved. The quality of the included studies were evaluated and RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis. Results: A total of 12 studies were included with a total of 2046 patients. The Meta-analysis showed that nursing interventions based on internet+ significantly reduced the BMI level of patients [MD=-0.43, 95% CI (-0.86, -0.01), P=0.04], anxiety symptom [MD=-0.80, 95% CI (-1.33, -0.27), P=0.003], and depressive symptom [MD=-0.66, 95% CI (-1.14, -0.18), P=0.008]. Conclusion: The interventions based on internet+ can effectively improve BMI, anxiety, and depressive symptom of patients with coronary heart disease.
