Abstract: Total Hip Replacement (THR) is in great need under the current social and medical background. The discharge preparation guidance will help patients ensure the safety of medical transition and improve their quality of life. This paper analyzed the status of discharge preparation and its influencing factors for patients with Total Hip Replacement. New ideas for improving discharge preparation were proposed in order to guide clinical practice.
