Abstract: This paper summarizes the research progress of the current situation and intervention of multi-dimensional caregiver burden for the Primary Family Caregivers (PFCs) of cancer patients. It is suggested that a multi-dimensional social support system should be constructed, including information provision, skills training, humanistic care and financial support at the government level, clinical staff level and family level, in order to reduce the caregiver burden of PFCs of cancer patients, to promote the physical and mental health of PFCs and improve the quality of life of cancer patients and their PFCs.
