Abstract: Objective: To explore the construction of a nursing team in tight-knit medical alliance under the background of precision assistance and to summarize the effects of team building. Methods: Analyze the status of nursing units in the tight-knit medical alliance, construct the nursing management system and training system, which were characterized by homogeneity and synchronization, and summarize the experience of building a nursing team in tight-knit medical alliance under the background of precision assistance. Results: The homogeneous and synchronous management system was developed in the assisted nursing unit, and the nursing management level and nursing care level have been significantly improved after one year of intervention. Conclusion: Accurate assistance has played an important role in the construction of nursing team in tight-knit medical alliance.
