Construction of post competency evaluation index system for nurses in elderly care center in Beijing

摘要: 目的:构建老年护理中心护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为老年护理人才的培养提供参考。方法:基于政策解读、文献回顾、半结构式访谈,并于2024年11月—12月进行两轮专家函询,系统构建北京市老年护理中心护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系,采用优序图法计算各级指标权重。结果:两轮函询专家的积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.942和0.954,第2轮3个等级指标肯德尔和谐系数分别是0.304、0.307、0.284,专家意见趋于一致,协调程度较好。最终形成包括4个一级指标,21个二级指标,64个三级指标的老年护理中心护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结论:该岗位胜任力评价指标体系能够为老年护理中心护士的选拔、培训、绩效考核提供一定的依据和指导。

Abstract: Objective: To construct a post competency evaluation index system for nurses in elderly care center, in order to provide reference for the cultivation of elderly nursing talents. Methods: Based on related policy comments, literature review, semi-structured interviews, and two rounds of expert consultations from November to December 2024, this study systematically and comprehensively constructed the post competency evaluation index system for nurses in elderly care center in Beijing. Precedence chart method was used to calculate the weight of indicators at all levels. Results: The positive coefficients of the two rounds of consultation were 100%, and the authority coefficients were 0.942 and 0.954, respectively. The Kendall harmony coefficients for the three level indicators in the second round were 0.304, 0.307 and 0.284, respectively. Finally, the post competency evaluation index system of nurses in elderly care center was formed, including 4 first-level indicators, 21 second-level indicators and 64 third-level indicators. Conclusion: The competency evaluation index system can provide basis and guidance for the selection, training and performance appraisal of nurses in elderly care center.
