摘要: 随着护理服务向高质量发展拓展,护士临床思维培养成为高级护理人才培养和护理教育改革的关键环节。文章对置信职业行为进行概述,并系统阐述其在护理教育中的应用现状,为建立科学、完善的护士临床思维能力培养体系提供理论参考与启示。

Abstract: With the expansion of nursing service to high-quality development, nurses' clinical thinking cultivation has emerged as a crucial element in enhancing nursing quality. This paper explores the importance of clinical thinking training, analyzes the optimization path of the current training system, and discusses the application value of Entrustable Professional Activities in fostering nurses' clinical thinking ability, in order to provide reference for the training of nursing talents.
