Results: The parents' psychological resilience score was lower than the Chinese norm (P<0.05). The depression, anxiety and stress of the parents of children with brain tumor were negatively correlated with psychological resilience. The social support was positively correlated with psychological resilience. The gender, age, residence, depression and social support score of the parents were the influencing factors affecting the psychological resilience of the parents (ΔR2=0.664).
