以岗位胜任力为导向的心血管病护理与技术培训管理模式的应用

Application of competency-oriented cardiovascular nursing technology and training management pattern

摘要: 目的:构建并实施心血管病护理与技术培训管理模式,有效提升心血管病护理人员专业技能,为推动心血管病专科护士发展奠定基础。方法:通过分析中国心血管健康联盟心血管病护理与技术培训中心自2018年11月至2019年11月进行的3期培训(共培训1?106名在职护士)的实施情况,总结以提升岗位胜任力为导向的培训管理模式的课程的设置、规范化培训的内容、管理方法、考核及效果评价、培训改进等方面的经验。结果:通过实施以提升岗位胜任力为导向的心血管病护理与技术培训管理模式,培训学员综合成绩考核结果达到优良,各基地在培训规范、培训方式、培训预期目标和专科技能培训等方面的满意度超过90%。结论:以提升岗位胜任力为导向的心血管病护理与技术培训模式切实可行。

Abstract: Objective: To establish and practice the pattern of cardiovascular nursing and technology and training management in order to improve the professional skills of clinical nurses and technicians, and build up the foundation for promoting the development of cardiovascular specialty nurses. Methods: By analyzing the data of training regarding 1106 nurses who studied in the Cardiovascular Nursing and Technology Training Center of China Cardiovascular Association from November 2018 to November 2019, experiences concering the setting of online and offline courses based on the competency-oriented training management pattern, including the normative training contents, the organizational processes, the examination and assessment methods of the courses, and the improvement programs were summarized. Results: Through the implementation of the management pattern of cardiovascular disease nursing and technical training to improve their post competency, nurses had done quite well in the theory and skills assessment, and their satisfaction of training standards, training methods, training expected objectives and professional skills training in each base reached a high score of more than 90%. Conclusion: The competency-oriented training management pattern is valid and feasible in clinical practice.
