摘要: 目的:构建ICU护士跨专业合作核心能力指标体系,为ICU护士的临床实践及教育提供理论依据。方法:基于文献分析结果构建能力框架,通过现场专家会议构建能力指标体系初稿,并运用德尔菲专家咨询法对16名专家进行两轮咨询,根据专家咨询意见形成能力指标体系。结果:最终形成的能力指标体系包括6个一级指标、15个二级指标以及43个三级指标。结论:本研究所构建的能力指标体系可为ICU临床护士的相关管理、教育及临床工作提供理论基础。

Abstract: Objective: To construct the index system of interprofessional collaboration core competence for ICU nurses, and to provide theoretical reference for the clinical practice and education of ICU nurses. Methods: The index system framework was built based on literature analysis. The first draft of index system was formed through experts consultation meeting. Two-round Delphi consultations was conducted among 16 experts. The competency index system was finalized according to experts' suggestions. Results: The final index system had 6 first-level indicators, 15 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators. Conclusion: The index system established in this study can provide theoretical basis for management and education of ICU nurses.
