2006—2019年护理领域国家自然科学基金受资助情况分析

摘要： 目的：分析国家自然科学基金（NSFC）护理领域受资助项目特点及研究内容，为护理科研提供借鉴与指导。方法：通过问卷调查、网站查询等方式提取NSFC护理研究者中标项目。结果：2006—2019年NSFC护理领域受资助项目共计137项，其中面上和青年基金项目分别为67项（48.9%）、58项（42.3%）；申请部门主要为“G管理科学部”，一级代码主要为“G04宏观管理与政策”81项，二级代码主要为“G0406卫生管理与政策”78项；研究以老年人、慢性非传染性疾病（癌症、糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、肌肉骨骼疾病等）为主，研究内容主要为健康管理与症状干预，以提高患者疾病应对能力与生活质量。结论：护理人员科研能力不断提升，护理领域国家自然科学基金资助在这一阶段倾向老年、慢性病康复领域的健康管理与症状干预性研究。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the characteristics of nursing projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and research contents, and further to provide reference and guidance for nursing researches. Methods: We extracted the nursing projects funded by NSFC by questionnaires and websites. Results: There were total 137 nursing projects funded by NSFC from 2006-2019 with 67 (48.9%) general projects, 58(42.3%) youth fund projects. 78 projects were applicable from Department of Management Sciences, in which 81 projects were under the fist-disciplines "G04 Macro-Management and Policy” and 78 projects were under the second-disciplines “G0406 Health Management and Policy". Main targets were the elderly and chronic non-communicable diseases (such as cancer, diabetes, cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, musculoskeletal disease, et al.), and researches focused on patients’ health management and symptom interventions to improve their ability to cope with diseases and their life quality. Conclusion: The elderly and chronic population are the main targets in nursing projects funded by NSFC, and research contents mainly focus on health management and symptom intervention during course of disease.
