Effect of real-time video analysis combined simulation practice for emergency nurses in the rescue of sudden mass injuries

摘要: 目的:研究工作实录分析联合情景模拟演练在急诊科突发群体伤救护中的应用效果。方法:针对突发群体伤救治,对急诊科39名护士进行工作实录分析联合情景模拟演练培训,包括成立核心小组与培训小组、视频选取与处理、工作视频分析联合情景模拟演练,采用群体伤护理能力考核以及救治效率评价应用效果。结果:培训方案实施后,突发群体伤的预检分诊时间、生命体征采集时间、基本信息采集时间、首次处置时间和标本采集时间均短于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后急诊科护士突发群体伤的护理能力明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:工作实录分析联合情景模拟演练可提升急诊科护士对突发群体伤的的综合救护能力,具有可行性。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of real-time video analysis combined simulation practice for emergency nurses in the rescuing of sudden mass injuries. Methods: Based on the rescuing of sudden mass injuries, a training program combined with real-time video case and simulation practice were implemented in 39 emergency nurses, and the training program included establishing a core team and training groups, selecting and disposing the videos, allocating the training groups, real-time video analysis combined simulation. The ability in treatments with sudden mass injuries and the treatment efficiency were used to evaluate the effects of training. Results: The time for pre-examination, vital signs collection, information collection, the first treatment and specimen collection of patients was shorter (P<0.05), and the ability to care for sudden group injuries of nurses was improved (P<0.05) after training. Conclusion: The training program combined with real-time video analysis and simulation is effective and feasible for emergency nurses in improving the ability of sudden mass injuries rescuing.
