LEARNS模式在2型糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用

Application of LEARNS model in health education for patients with type 2 diabetes

摘要: 目的:分析应用LEARNS模式对2型糖尿病患者健康教育干预的效果。方法:于2018年6—12月将某三级甲等医院内分泌科的307例2型糖尿病患者按入住病区分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用LEARNS模式进行健康教育干预,对照组采用常规教育模式。干预前和干预3个月后分别进行糖尿病知识、自我管理效能、主观幸福感的问卷调查。结果:干预3个月后,两组的糖尿病知识问卷得分均有明显提高(P<0.01);而糖尿病自我管理效能量表、主观幸福感测量量表得分,实验组在干预后较干预前均提高(P<0.01),对照组提高无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用LEARNS模式实施健康教育,不仅可以帮助患者提高糖尿病知识水平,还能够增强其糖尿病自我管理效能,增加患者的主观幸福感,值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effect of LEARNS model on health education intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: Three hundred and seven patients with type 2 diabetes in the endocrinology department of a tertiary grade-A hospital were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to different wards during June to December 2018. LEARNS model for health education intervention was applied to the experimental group while the control group used the regular education mode. Questionnaires on diabetes knowledge, self-management efficacy, and subjective well-being were administered before and after three-month intervention. Results: After three months of intervention, scores of diabetes knowledge questionnaires for both groups were increased significantly (P<0.01). Scores of diabetes self-management efficacy scale and subjective well-being scale after intervention for the experimental group increased significantly compared with those before intervention (P<0.01), while it is not true for the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Applying LEARNS model to implement health education can not only help patients improve their knowledge of diabetes, but also significantly enhance their self-management efficacy of diabetes and improve their subjective well-being. Therefore, LEARNS model can be applied to clinical practice.
