Abstract: Objective: To explore the authentic perspectives and experiences of family caregivers towards home-based Computerized Cognitive Training (CCT) for older adults with Mild Cognitive Impairment, so as to provide insights for clinical healthcare professionals to optimize cognitive training programs. Methods: A phenomenological approach was employed. Through purposive sampling, 27 family caregivers of patients participating in home-based CCT in Nanchang were recruited from July to October 2024. Semi-structured interviews were conducted, and the data were analyzed using Colaizzi's seven-step method. Results: Three main themes and eleven sub-themes were identified: imbalance between individual capabilities and technological adaptation, conflicts in family roles and resource allocation, and lack of social support and policy safeguards. Conclusion: Family caregivers face challenges at individual, family, and social levels when implementing home-based CCT. Healthcare professionals should focus on family caregivers' experiences and needs, supporting them in enhancing their caregiving skills and ability to cope with challenges, thereby improving patients' training outcomes.
