先天性心脏病术后患儿智能精准喂养管理平台的构建及临床评价

Development and clinical evaluation of an intelligent precision feeding management platform for children after congenital heart disease surgery

摘要: 目的:设计并开发智能精准喂养管理平台并评价其应用效果,以期为改善先天性心脏病术后患儿喂养效果提供依据。方法:通过查阅文献并广泛征求临床医护人员及家长建议,设计并开发智能精准喂养管理平台。采用便利抽样法,于2023年3月—4月选取在北京市某三级甲等医院就诊的先天性心脏病患儿的主要照顾者66名,调查其对平台的接受度;于2023年5月—7月选取在该医院就诊的先天性心脏病患儿及主要照顾者69对,调查平台应用前后照顾者积极感受、婴幼儿喂养指数。结果:该平台包含全日总量计算、食入量累计、出量累计、生长监测、药品查询、喂养小讲堂、统计等多个模块。66名主要照顾者对平台的接受度得分为(97.64±10.09)分。应用平台1个月后,照顾者积极感受得分显著提高,婴幼儿喂养指数得到提高(均P<0.05)。结论:先天性心脏病患儿主要照顾者对智能精准喂养管理平台接受度较高,应用该平台可提高其积极感受,提升患儿喂养合格率。

Abstract: Objective: To develop an intelligent precision feeding management platform and to evaluate its effects, so as to enhance the feeding outcomes of these children. Methods: The platform was designed and developed through a literature review and extensive consultations from clinical professionals and children parents. From March to April 2023, 66 primary caregivers of children with congenital heart disease were recruited from a tertiary grade A hospital in Beijing for a survey regarding their platform acceptance. From May to July 2023, 69 pairs of children with congenital heart disease and their primary caregivers were investigated about the Positive Aspects of Caregiving of caregivers and the Infant and Child Feeding Index of children before and after using the platform. Results: The platform included multiple modules such as total 24-hour intake calculation, cumulative intake and output records, growth development monitoring, medication database, infant feeding educational courses, and data statistics. The 66 primary caregivers had a relatively high overall acceptance of the platform with a score of 97.64±10.09. One month after the platform application, the score of primary caregivers' Positive Aspects of Caregiving increased significantly, and the Infant and Child Feeding Index of children was improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: Primary caregivers of children with congenital heart disease have a relatively high acceptance of the intelligent precision feeding management platform. The application of this platform can enhance their positive feelings, and increase the feeding qualification rate.
