Abstract: Objective: To search, evaluate and summarize the evidence of postoperative cardiac rehabilitation management in children with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) at home and abroad, so as to provide a reference for clinical decision-making. Methods: All the guides, evidence summaries, practice recommendations, expert opinions and systematic reviews related to cardiac rehabilitation after operation of children with CHD in recent 20 years were systematically retrieved from websites at home and abroad, websites of professional societies and Chinese and English databases. Evidence was extrated and integrated after quality evaluation of the included studies. Results: A total of 21 articles were included, including 3 clinical guidelines, 1 evidence summary, 9 expert consensus and 8 systematic reviews. Finally, 39 pieces of evidence were summarized from seven aspects: team organization, exercise, nutritional support, enhancing immunity, maintaining mental health, medication management and effective over-follow-up. Conclusion: The evidence of cardiac rehabilitation after CHD surgery in children can provide evidence-based evidence for clinical medical staff, evaluate and manage the physical and mental health of children after CHD surgery in a scientific way, and help to improve the quality of life of children.
