关怀型领导在护理管理领域中的应用进展

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, caring leadership has become a hot topic in leadership studies. It is a leadership style that offers care, support, and motivation to employees. It has proven effective in significantly reducing the job burnout among nurses and playing a positive role in improving the satisfaction as well as the quality of nursing care. This paper reviews the concept of caring leadership, theory development, assessment instruments, influencing factors, functional efficacy, and training strategies, to provide a reference for the research and practice of caring leadership in nursing management.
