多层次视角下护理人员心理安全的研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: Psychological safety is the belief that individual could unhesitatingly show their ideas without fear of negative consequences to self-image, status or career. It not only helps encourage nurses voices but also facilitates nursing team learning and innovation. To better understand the importance of psychological safety in clinical nursing, our review summarizes the concept and measurement of psychological safety from the levels of individual, team, and organization, and we also reviews the causes and consequences of psychological safety for nurses, which would provide a reference for psychological safety management in future.
