Abstract: This paper reviews the current development statues of early mobilization of patients admitted to Intensive Care Units (ICUs), and analyzes the influencing factors of early mobilization from the aspects of ICU team, nurses, and patients, their families, early mobilization plans, and management protocols. Furthermore, the authors then put out four recommendations on the basis of the research outcomes for the development of early mobilization in ICUs.
