Abstract: This paper reviewed the research progress of the Mindfulness Based Intervention in stable COPD patients, summarized the primary methods of mindfulness intervention, and analyzed the impacts of mindfulness interventions on physical and mental health outcomes, and to provide reference for the implementation of effective mindfulness based interventions in stable COPD patients in China.
