Abstract: Objective: To investigate the status quo of clinical nurses' safety behavior and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide a basis for standardizing and improving clinical nurses' safety behavior and ensuring patients' safety. Methods: A total of 540 nurses from five hospitals in Beijing were selected by using convenience sampling method in June 2022. The survey tools included a self-designed general information questionnaire, Nurse Safety Behavior Questionnaire and Patient Safety Culture Assessment Scale. Results: The score of nurses' safety behavior was 55.13±4.32, and the average score of items was 4.59±0.36, all of which were above the medium level. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that nursing age, hospital grade, whether to undertake teaching work and safety culture perception were the main influencing factors of nurses' safety behavior (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing managers should focus on the safety behavior of junior nurses, standardize their safety behavior, create a harmonious and safe cultural atmosphere, and ensure the safety of patients.
