Abstract: Objective: To construct a nursing skill system for the prevention and control of diabetic foot based on the three-level prevention mode. Methods: The contents of the diabetic foot prevention and control nursing skill system were determined by literature review and Delphi method. Results: The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires was 93.8% and 100.0%. The authority coefficients were 0.877 and 0.927. Kendall's harmony coefficients were 0.208 and 0.136 (P<0.05). Finally, the diabetic foot prevention and control nursing skill system was formed, including 3 first-level items and 13 second-level items and 57 third-level items. Conclusion: The diabetic foot prevention and control nursing skills system constructed is scientific, reasonable, practical and targeted, which can provide a reference for the determination and improvement of nursing staff training and teaching projects on diabetic foot prevention and control, and evaluation of diabetic foot prevention and control in different institutions.
