Abstract

Abstract: The journal of Chinese Nursing Management has witnessed the reform and development of nursing in China since its inception 20 years ago. It is proposed that the construction of academic journals should adhere to the correct political direction, play an importance role in guidance of public opinion and lead professional values; close to the needs of clinical practice, pursue high-level academic quality and maintain a green academic environment; focus on the construction of nursing specialty, encourage scientific and technological innovation actively and promote the cultivation of nursing professionals.
