Abstract: Objective: To develop blood glucose management strategies to standardize nurses' practice and reduce the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia. Methods: The maintenance strategies were preliminarily established by searching the databases and synthesizing the evidence. Literature appraisal was done. Then the Delphi method was used to make the strategies localized. Result: A total of 213 articles were retrieved in this study and 9 articles were included. Four dimensions with 31 strategies were established, including "prevention and identification hypoglycemia", "accurate measurement of blood glucose", "screening/monitoring and treatment", and "discharge and education". Conclusion: The blood glucose management strategies based on the evidence and Delphi method was scientific and practical and it was beneficial to standardize the management of neonatal hypoglycemia.
